It focuses on understanding how come for many of us our new year's resolutions about a healthier lifestyle just last until a month or so. It aims at finding those techniques and creative ways that will keep us motivated to keep up with those changes that lead to a healthier lifestyle. Many of us know 'what' to do when we inform ourselves about the dangers of smoking, unhealthy eating or having an inactive lifestyle but most of us don't know 'how' to change it. This workshop will show you 'how' to change your behavior for a healthier lifestyle.
